Guys, I am writing to express my sincere thanks for continually providing an above average dining experience. As you know, I am often a visitor with my wife, Barbara, or any number of other acquaintances.
There is always a friendly reception even if the staff member does not know us. Many of the regular wait staff like Wanda, Colin, Risa, Patti and Reynold know us and make our visits a pleasure by their casual but efficient manner of dealing with us. It is a credit to both you and them that they remember many little things that enable them to anticipate our needs before we even have a chance to make them known.
Then there are Chad and Jorge and the rest of the kitchen staff. It is a pleasure to watch them work. They certainly know what they are doing and they also, like the rest of the staff, obviously enjoy what they are doing. Even if we are not sitting a the end of the kitchen, Chad and Jorge will both have a wave or a pleasant word or two for us.
We have from time to time dropped in without a reservation and ended up sitting at the bar. It is an amazingly busy yet efficient operation, especially in the evenings when, in addition to the usual bar activities, there are appetizers to prepare. We love to watch your gang at work.
And of course none of this would even matter if there weren't a very unique menu backed up by a superb cooking, presentation and service. Pricing is always reasonable.
We look forward to our visits. Keep up the good work and you may you be the Shrimp Cocktail forever!
Very Sincerely,
Howard Smith FCA.

Dear Ms. Neshevich:
Please accept my very sincere gratitude for your efforts in providing the food for the Garden Party at Beaton Manor in honour of the Prime Minister this past Monday. Without the contribution of companies such as yours the event could not have taken place.
Our guests, including the Prime Minister, were unanimous in their praise for the quality of your food and for your service. I am sure many of them will want to visit your fine establishment soon to sample more of your wonderful delicacies. Please pass on my thanks and best wishes to your staff for a job well done.
Your assistance in making this great event such a success is noted and appreciated. Please feel free to contact me if I can assist you in any way.
Once again, on behalf of the Prime Minister and myself, thank you.
Sincerely,
Ivan B. Grose, M.P.
